Desktop single head rotor pump filling machine

The equipment is designed for high-viscosity and particle-containing liquids. It adopts a three-blade rotary pump structure to achieve pulsation-free, low-shear filling with an accuracy of ±1%, suitable for creams, jams, ointments and other products.
It is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, supports one-button switching of 100-1000ml capacity, is equipped with a drip-proof nozzle and a quick-release cleaning structure, and meets GMP standards. It is widely used in small-batch production in the cosmetics, food, and pharmaceutical industries, with a capacity of 1000~2000 per hour, taking into account high precision and hygiene requirements.
