Transport packaging

Product packaging: Clean the product and check the appearance. Use wrapping film to fix the moving parts or loose parts on the product. Wrap the product tightly with a customized EPE pearl cotton lining, and use bubble film/pearl cotton sheets to wrap the product protection corners in all directions.

Internal fixing: Put the wrapped product into a corrugated inner box of suitable size and fix it directly on the buffer structure of the next step. Lay a moisture-proof film and a layer of buffer pad (such as pearl cotton board, corrugated cardboard) on the bottom of the reinforced wooden box.

Placement and filling: Put the wrapped product (or inner box) in the center of the wooden box. Use air column bags, inflatable filling bags, EPE filling blocks or high-strength corrugated paper fillers to tightly fill all gaps between the product and the inner wall of the wooden box to ensure that the product does not move. Remove excess buffer space.
Top protection: Cover a layer of buffer pad above the product.

Sealing:Cover the wooden box cover,Tighten the box cover with,screws/bolts that meet the strength,Paste high-strength sealing tape at the seam of the box cover.

External labeling: We will paste clear and firm transport labels (fragile, upward, rainproof, company information, waybill number, etc.) and anti-tampering labels on multiple prominent positions on the wooden boxes.

Final inspection and record: Check whether all reinforcement points, labels, and sealing tapes are in place and firm, weigh and record, and take photos for archiving before shipment.
