1. What kind of product you have.
2. The size of your product( the length, width and height ).
3. The weigh of your product for each bag is sometimes neccessary told(it
depends what specific product you have).

Customer: How about the delivery time?
Ms. Grace: All our machines are tailor-made, if there is no further requirement, delivery will
be within 10 days. For the large-scale machine, it takes longer.
Q3:
Customer: Is engineer available to serve oversea?
Ms. Grace: Yes, but the travel fee is paid by you. So actually to save your cost, we will
send you a video of full details machine installation and assist you till the end
Q4:
Customer: How about the payment terms?
Ms Grace: Normally, we trade with other in T/T, 30% deposit and 70%balance. If you need
other trade term like L/C, the commision fee is paid by you.
